Hotel is just ok. I want to complain is the bathroom. They give me a disable bathroom of which I did not request and we are not disable. It is a small walk in shower with no glass partition just a shower curtain. Water splash all over especially the bathroom is small. Another worst thing is the tiolet bowl seat is extemely high. When you sit on it, your feet can not touch the ground.The tiolet seat is installedhe tiolet one side higher than the other. You feel like sitting on a slanting angle. Extremely weird and uncomfortable. Never have seen and experienced a tiolet seat like that. My husband is off the wall and furious. Complained but no use. This is the first bad experience I have with Hotel.com choice of hotel offer. I am your loyal customer. Your can check my record. Hope Hotel.com can give me a return gesture on this matter.

Old room, small smelly bathroom with only handshower in a small bathtub. Poor ventilation, low quality bedsheets and matress (synthetic?). Slow elevator. Very friendly staff upon check-in (thank you Rihab). Definately not worth the money. Can only speak for one (1) room, but that is in need for full refurbishment. Disappointing. A nice breakfast though

Værelset manglede en del men personalet var flinke

Personalet var utrolige venlige. Men værelset manglede lys - to ud af tre lamper virkede ikke, tv’et manglede næsten alle kanaler, de sidste to dage var der ikke varmt vand og på de fire dage opholdet varede, fik vi ikke gjort værelset rent. Gjorde opmærksom på lys og tv men tre besøg og kun 1 lampe blev fixet. Opgav at klage over resten. Renovering af et andet værelse på etagen gav utrolig meget larm

Not the best experience. Would not return here. Great location and nice staff though. We were asked to sign an agreement that mentioned that stolen valuables would not be covered/reimbursed by the hotel. They also tried to have us sign a marketing agreement by marking it as mandatory in the agreement, which is illegal. Overall, the agreement was just very unexpected. It mentioned that we were responsible for any damages to the room, but the room itself already had so many small damages. When we notified the staff about this, they mentioned that it didn’t matter even though we had just signed an agreement stating that we would be held responsible. The whole thing was just very confusing. But truly a very nice staff and good location. The agreement just threw us for a loop.

Hotel muito bem localizado e com staff ótimo, porém tem um detalhe terrível que inviabiliza a estadia por completo, pois o tamanho do box do chuveiro é absolutamente ridículo de pequeno, não cabe sequer uma pessoa direito. É inaceitável, de verdade, eu jamais voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel por esse detalhe.
