I was disappointed with this hotel. We had booked 3 nights and then added another night - both in deluxe rooms. To be fair, one with 2 queens and the single night in a king. Both were to have river views. We hoped to get a king on the river for the 4 nights but for the first night, we had a king facing the parking lot. And the last 3 nights, 2 queens at the far end of the hotel with a partial view of the river and a great view of the parking lot and parking garage. We were told that the hotel does not have king beds in the hotel's riverside rooms! We arrived at the hotel quite early and were told we wanted an early check-in once our room was ready, we'd have to pay a $30 fee between noon and one, and a $20 fee between one and two. I am very well traveled and this was a first. Outside there were two shuttle buses, neither in service. We were told they are now decorative! The buffet is only open on weekends. The only restaurant open for lunch is a sports bar. A 3rd restaurant offered breakfast (Very good) and dinner (we did not try it). The rooms have been refreshed and were fine. However, the casino and private hotel lobby had a strong smell from cigarettes. This place is fine if you are there for the casino only and are not concerned by the lack of dining choices and the nickel and diming. Personally, I would look elsewhere.

My only complaint is the smoke smell through the whole hotel. We had a non smoking room but the smell was overwhelmingly bad, we even had to go buy some room spray. And when we got home all of our clothes smelled awful. (And we were on the 3rd floor). Other than that, our room was quiet and clean! The jacuzzi tub was very enjoyable and the bed very comfortable!

I left my jacket that was a gift from a grandson. I called and after checking housekeeping found it and took it to lost and found. My son went to pick it back up. After much explanation and verifying again that it was found and in lost and found they gave him my jacket. Much appreciated.

Hotel needs to be updated. Need Plugs at beds. Better lighting. Bathrooms need to be redone. Chips in tub with rust coming through. Families should be housed in separate area so business people can get sleep.

지역적인 요인으로 4G, 5G가 거의 안터지는 것은 불평할 수 없는 것일수도 있습미다만, 그렇다면 WIFI를 잘 해 놓던가 해야 하는 것 아닌가 생각합니다. 양쪽 방법 모두를 한시간쯤 노력하면 페이지 하나 열립니다. 새벽 2시에 이메일 등 업무를 위해 10분 이상 차를 몰고 나가서 남의 주차장에서 벌벙 떨며 휴대폰 통신으로 겨우 일을 처리한 것은 추억으로 남겨야 겠습니다

Pool was cold, hot tub wasn’t hot, no water pressure in the shower, but surprisingly scalding hot water. Overall it was clean and comfortable. Very average hotel. Probably would not stay again.

Hotel smelt like an ashtray, everywhere... from the lobby to the lifts, bedrooms to the gym and pool.... unfreindly and rude staff especially reception. I wont be going back there, plenty of other hotels in the area with better facilities, decor and cleanliness

Booked 3 nights stay, something authentic given the history and casino... thats where it ended hence one star! The hotel is dated and smells like an ashtray throughout, furniture and decor is old, worn and stained with nothing exciting to add! Staff were extremly rude, especially the reception staff given after the first night they wanted me to move rooms having overbooked room type! They even had security move lock us out of our room then ecort to another room! I couldnt get a refund, otherwise would have moved hotels for the remaining nights. Casino was poor, other than a few card tables three floors of slot machines, which all smelt like rotten cigarettes and tar! Gym and pool areas dirty and unkept, even the pools and spa are filled with salt, unhygenic and rotten! Everything else was extra you had to pay for, no complementary drinks or breakfast.... I dont recommend this hotel at all, much better hotels around it. Wont ever go back there, save the agro and book somewhere else!
