Bad Services at the breakfast
The breakfast are horrible. On Saturdays Sundays, and the Tuesdays you only got the biscuits and gravy as hot breakfast. The African-American lady with the glasses on, especially very rude. She refused to give second biscuit to a gentleman. She’s loud and disrespectful. I don’t understand why the hotel let those kind of people working there. This lady was laughing at people who request two biscuits. She talked very loudly and not pay attention to what she was doing. They don’t offer oatmeal's and eggs everyday. I would not come back again to this hotel. The services are horrible. Very bad experience at the breakfast. We traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had. Please choose another hotel if you don’t want to be treated badly.

Estadia razoável
Foi tranquila, mas precisa de melhorias. Atendimento da recepção bem frio, 5 dias de estadias e zero limpeza, colchão ruim, chuveiro péssimo. A água tem presença forte de cloro. Café da manhã TB ruim. No primeiro dia comemos ovos e tomamos suco de laranja. No segundo os ovos estavam frio e já não tinha suco. Só tinha pão de forma e era seco. Uma pena pois o hotel é bem localizado e seguro.

Needs to clean the rooms and check for check outs
There deposit is more than any other La Quintas by a lot like two hundred dollars. Just stayed at on in Spokane Washington and it’s deposit was $50. Not understanding the difference. Plus there was tooth paste on the towel holder so I’m not sure they done a really great and sanitizing cleaning! And house cleaning knocked on our door at 8 in the morning without a check out.

Hotel a tener en cuenta en el Loop
El hotel está bien situado para ir caminando a la mayoría de las atracciones de la ciudad, además ofrece un desayuno de cortesía. A mejorar el servicio de limpieza: en cuatro noches solo limpiaron la habitación la tercera. Por lo demás es una buena opción para visitar la ciudad.

La ubicación es muy buena todo a distancia para caminar y cerca de tiendas de conveniencia y todo La limpieza no se especifica es cada 4 días a la habitación … deberían indicarlo El desayuno un desastre solo 1 dia hubo normal, luego no había nada, se acababa o simplemente un pan con mermelada … Si recomiendo el hotel mucho por la habitación y su ubicación pero vayan pensando que no desayunarán ahí

Do NOT recommend
Check-in was quick, the room was clean but the bathroom floor was not mopped & it didn't have extra toilet paper rolls. We are a family of 3, stayed for 7 nights (From a Tuesday to a Tuesday), during those 7 nights our room was only cleaned once! On our second night, I asked a lady who was cleaning our floor when our room will be cleaned she said "Friday or Saturday". I asked the front desk for clean towels on Friday morning, they said our room will be cleaned on that day. When we came back the room was not cleaned, we didn't have clean towels and ran out of toilet paper. So we called front desk, they were surprised that our room was not cleaned & connected with housekeeping who claimed that "do not disturb sign" was at the door. We never leave that sign since we are always out of the room by 8am. I asked front desk for clean towels & a toilet paper roll. On Saturday morning, I called front desk to make sure the room was going to get cleaned, at this point we were out of everything. The room got cleaned on Saturday, but they didn't replace the empty tissue box. On Monday morning, I called front desk to ask for clean towels & was told that our room was going to get cleaned that day. In the evening upon our arrival, the room was not cleaned so called front desk who were confused with the cleaning schedule, I asked for clean towels, cups, & a toilet paper roll. I can't believe staying in a hotel room for 7 nights & it gets cleaned only once & had to go through this hassle

Muy buena ubicación, relación calidad precio buena, habitaciones amplias, aunque algo antiguo el hotel cumple bien. Solo que no hacen limpieza todos los días, solo cada 4 días y el desayuno es escaso y muy malo .
