The room was HOT…we did NOT sleep well and was very uncomfortable bcuz THEY actually control the a/c. Front desk workers were polite, but won’t be staying there again! I expect to control my a/c when I’m paying for my room. Also, the a/c was making noise and the people in the next room had a dog that barked ALL NIGHT.

Great place to stay

The stay was great the staff went out of their way to insure that we were taking care of coming from a big city you don’t expect the kind of hospitality that we got in Jennings. It was awesome.

No pool access and wrong room from what we reserve

We reserved a king suite with jacuzzi, but our room had no jacuzzi. Although the room was nice, clean and comfortable, we were disappointed that our reservation wasn't correct. We were also looking forward to swimming, but the pool was closed. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The only ice machine that was working was on the fourth floor, which was inconvenient. We wish we would have been notified about the pool being out of order and it would have been nice to get some kind of discount or something for the incorrect room reservation. The jacuzzi suite and pool were the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Not the best stay

Hotel is under construction and was waken at 0821 with loud banging. Elevator was broken so had to have a hotel employee run the elevator; had to call them to come get you when needed. Coffee maker was broken; found out in the am! However, the staff was super friendly and helpful!

The staff is incredible. Some of the nicest people on earth. The hotel is under construction. We were on the third floor. One of two elevators worked some of the time. Our a/c was leaking. We found a 2 inch nail right by the bed. A piece of glass was under the bed also that my daughter almost stepped on. The toilet paper holder was broken. I killed 2 spiders in our room. The only plus was the air blew cold. Again, the staff was wonderful. They should all be put up for saint hood.

Did not like the fact that 1st floor was under construction and pool was dirty and closed. None of this info was disclosed online. Did not even make it to the room due to this disappointment.

The property is currently under renovation, but it was conveniently located & room was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was great & the staff were all very friendly. We have stayed there in the past & will definitely be staying there in the future! Thank you!

The room was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast both day was very good & the coffee was great. The employees there were very friendly & accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much. The property condition got a 4 stars only because they were redoing the interior of the hotel. Thank you

I got there and the pool was under construction so we could not use it. I checked in and went to the room on third floor. Second floor was completely under renovation and the walls were vibrating and the noise was very loud until 630. 6:30 PM. I was very angry that they didn’t have any kind of a discount, didn’t have a working pool and had lots of construction noise And there was no benefit. Very very bad. I had been driving all day and just needed some sleep.

When I checked in the clerk told me there was a note about my room - EXPEDIA had booked a room for me that was not available at the time but they "Will give you POINTS to make up for this! Shouldn't someone have notified me about this BEFORE check in? Why do I even need to book through EXPEDIA? Couldn't get TV to work and shower wouldn't turn on, had to take a bath. Hotel in the process of renovations and friends that got one of the renovated rooms said they were nice. Staff was very nice and breakfast was nice.
