It was a pleasant stay, good clean room and facilities were clean. The desk attendants were very pleasant and helpful. It also was in a great location close to a park for the kids, a grocery store many restaurants and about a ten minute walk to downtown. Close to the tram lines as well

Très bien situé, des chambre propre et nettoyer un petit déjeuner a revoir très fortement en vu du prix. Un accueil plus professionnel également Attendre 20 min dans le plus grand des silence après une grosse journée, par ce que ma chambre n'avait pas été bloqué et que l'accueil me finisse par me dire que c'est embêtant de passer a une chambre pour trois quand on est seule... Bref c'est bien mais ça pourrait être beaucoup mieux avec un gestion du service plus carré.

Terrible customer service old

There is a gentleman at check in with terrible attitude and no customer service whatsoever. He refused to ask the cleaning lady if the room was ready at 14:50. He said check in is at 15:00 so he doesn’t have to ask. I don’t know why this hotel employ him. His braids fall on his face and I could see his eyes but his attitude is horrible. The room was super hot and no one answers at front desk also very old and needs fixing
