It's location was optimal,small bathroom, good sized room, towels, linen provided, ac worked, but not all of the amenities that we thought were on offer actually were available.

Please pay attention to ant extermination

1. Check in: I was a little disappointed because communication was not good during check-in. They sent me an email with instructions on how to enter the accommodation, but they only sent me an email in Spanish. It would have been better if they had sent me an email in English. Also, if they read the email quickly, it would have been more effective than a phone call, but I had a hard time because they didn't read the email I sent 1-2 hours ago. 2. Overall, the amenities are well-equipped for the price. However, there were a lot of small ants running around the bathroom and the entrance, and I was very scared that they would come up to the bed or get stuck in my luggage and take them on the plane or home. Please be sure to pay attention to ant extermination.

Not friendly. smells weird, mostly in the bathroom, a lot of humidity. We can heard everything in the corridor, and the others rooms. people snoring etc. last day a lady knock on our door to get out 20 before the requested time; not so nice. don’t recommended

No cleaner to change bed sheets or towels. We had to use the same for 4 days. Our light stopped working after the first night so we had to keep the blind open every time we wanted light and had to use our phone torch at night to get around our room. You could hear street noise from outside, although not too bad it would not be good for light sleepers. Room was really small and the bed covers were old. The room seemed clean however there were stains, cracks and dirty corners of walls. There is a damp smell as you walk through the front door and there is no elevator so you have to walk up narrow stairs to get to your room. There is no receptionist however the owners do reply on whatsapp. The doors have to be slammed in order to shut them otherwise they open again and there was a dirty shower curtain on our shower. The one good thing about this property is the location as it is around a 10 minute walk to the centre.

No staff at all. Bedroom bare of anything. AC so loud unable to sleep. Bathroom full of hundreds of red ants. Room on 3 rd floor with no lift and nobody to help carry luggage. . No one there at check in check out. I was abused by another guest with no one there to help

Poorly Maintained

I think $343 for 3 nights is a little pricey for something so poorly kept, but I survived. The room was small which was fine. There was dirt and trash under the bed and gum stuck to the wall when I arrived. The bathroom was gross. There was hardly ventilation in mine and the ceiling leaked causing the room grow mold and, in turn, smell like it.

It's cheap for a reason but only one towel and one double length pillow for 2 people, and no toilet paper (we grabbed some from the delivery that arrived at the same time as we did)? There is aircon but very noisy. Place smelled of second hand smoke and bleach which had been poured into the toilet. I think it would have been impossible for us to let ourselves in if we hadn't been helped by a very friendly Spanish customer who was trying to get in too. Avoid.

Very difficult to access room. Bathroom tiny. Has ants. No easy way to contact proprietor. Moldy in spots. Cannot close blinds to street. People can see inside.

Very bad experience

I could not even enter the hotel cause they couls not provide the outer enterance door. They do not care and said to me to wait another customer to open the exterior outer door. So I stayed outside for over one hour till a customer came and opened the outer door. And i could not go to sightseeing cause i have no exterior door key and i trapped at the hotel and my one night burned out. Plus, the toilet is outside the room even it is private and price is too much due to the quality. Excluding very poor service, this hotel still could be a choice but definetely much more cheaper to this price

An automated hostel (I had no physical interaction with anybody), that will let you be happy in Seville. Just don’t expect room service or daily cleaning. It all went well, except for the hours when the reception phone is not answered (apparently before 2 pm).

The room was bad, the floor was sticky and the bathroom was barely usable. You couldn’t fully open the bathroom door because the bed was in the way and the shower looked disgusting. You could also hear every noise from the room next door and the water running in the pipes all night long.
