Luisa was a great help throughout my stay. She made my stay memorable by telling me what was available to see and do including dinner recommendations. She helped me know that my train was certain to go in spite of the strike. My room was quaint and comfortable. The location was ideal, and the only downside is the people who party late and kept me awake, but this is true of any big city.

Fantastic location, just next to the Duomo, at walking distance from hundreds of restaurants and cafes. It is a quaint B&B in an old apartment which was part of a palace as per the owner Luisa. Has all the necessary conveniences including airconditioning and a very handy water dispenser. Luisa was very chatty and helpful. She provided detailed information and made check-in and out very easy, even though she was not able to be present. Small but adequate and clean room, good shower, very comfortable bed, quiet property. Only issue was that the tiny lift was not working and the property was on the 2nd floor. So carrying luggage up may be an issue, although we had light stuff. Breakfast was in a local cafe and adequate, consisting of 1 coffee, 1 croissant, 1 sandwich and a juice. The room was fairly priced considering the location and we enjoyed our stay.

A real pleasure to stay! Luisa welcomed us and explained all we needed to know. We had a small room (1), but convenient. Clean. Airco works well, coffee and tea amenities in the room. Bathroom good. Bed small for 2, but good. Water complimentary in the hall. Best of all is the location about 10 steps away from the beautiful Duomo! Breakfast can be enjoyed outside under Duomo. We recommend a stay.

Absolutely perfect stay with a stunning view of the Duomo and Bell Tower from your window. Luisa and the other staff were all great and it felt very safe with multiple security features. the rooms are extremely clean and well appointed, and I love the design choices. Fantastic location with a great view of the Duomo and very easily walkable to most parts of Florence. The furthest attraction was a 30 minute walk (Piazzale Michelangelo). The host provided great information and recommendations. The included breakfast at the museum was generous and good quality. The downside of this accommodation is that it can be quite noisy, however being in such a good location this is probably just to be expected!

Amazing location and a fantastic host! The host was incredibly friendly and generous, offering free still and sparkling water, as well as coupons for tourist attractions and breakfast at two nearby cafés. The only minor drawback was the lack of an elevator and a bit of dust in areas like under the table. Overall, a great stay!

A great B&B in a great location.

Absolutely perfect location and from my room you could see the Duomo only 50 metres away. The breakfast option of two nearby cafes was ideal although I only tried the Caffeterria Museum as the staff were as great as the view of the Duomo. B&B staff were very nice too. Only slight negative, as others have mentioned and I was therefore prepared, was the second floor location and no lift. Definitely not a place to stay if you have lots of heavy luggage. I travel light so very straightforward for me and would happily return in the future.
