Wonderful hotel with outstanding service

This hotel is in a wonderful location and the service is excellent. We had some issues with our rented vehicle. We tried to contact the agency. We don't speak French. Raphael at the desk called for us several times. He went above all expectations to help us. He patiently made several calls and our issue was eventually resolved. The rooms here are very nice. The breakfast was outstanding and beautifully served.

A bit disappointed

After reading all the positive reviews I was convinced this hotel was going to be amazing. Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience after all. While the photos show a main building with rooms, this was not where our room was located. We had booked a superior room but it was in the building of the reception, with a view on a wall basically. Why call it superior ? I don’t know. The facilities were fine, and very clean. The breakfast however was another story. It’s not a buffet, so they serve you based on what you ordered the day before. For the price you do get very little, a tiny bit of jam, 2 mini slices of bread, one juice, ect.. asked for porridge and was charged extra … I mean you already pay for a 15 eur breakfast or more (don’t remember how much it was exactly but enough). Also the guy was on himself trying to handle breakfast and checkouts, it was a bit of a mess. Just expected better from this hotel.

Underbart hotell!

Vi älskade det här stället! Från första stunden vi anlände tills vi motvilligt checkade ut för att åka vidare. Charmiga byggnader, smakfullt inrett rakt igenom, underbar personlig service och riktigt bra läge. Mitt i centrala Honfleur men ändå lugnt. Skulle väldigt gärna återvända hit en dag.

Excelente experiência no Centro Histórico

A experiência foi excelente! O hotel é super charmoso e bem localizado no centro historico de Honfleur, permitindo conhecer os principais pontos em uma caminhada tranquila. Um dos pontos altos deste hotel é o atendimento, com ótimas dicas de restaurantes fora do circuito turístico. Agradeço ao Victor pela gentileza e cordialidade.

Great stay. Victor was a fantastic help with checking in, meeting us at our car to grab our bags and directing us to their private parking. He also secured a dinner reservation at a great restaurant next door. One of the best dinners we had on our French vacation.

Grand professionnalisme .de notre hôte Raphael , Accueillie, tel une relation. Explication de la ville et de ses environs avec son ‘histoire de la ville. Disponibilité À tout moment. Grand confort de la chambre. Avec baignoire balnéothérapie , une crème de corps parfumée à la fleur d oranger. Une vue sur le port qui donne une touche de vacances. What a find !

Great find, super location, friendly, helpful team and a beautiful place. We stayed overnight, but will extend for our next visit, we loved Honfleur.

Cosy and central

Absolutely amazing stay. The location could not be better right in the centre of the old town area. The surrounding area had endless shops, cafes and restaurants in amazingly picturesque buildings. Victor could not do enough to ensure our stay was special. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was beautiful fresh local produce and bakery items. Victor also suggested some places for dinner and we were amazed at the quality of the food and the very reasonable prices at all of them. We would love to come again.
