Good and bad

Good: appreciated fresh towels; fresh made breakfast; nice shower Bad: treatment at check-in—no place to park or unload for blocks so called for parking spot—was told to register first but no parking available-why can’t it be reserved? ID demanded for all guests-what if they were blocks away in car? Told to preregister to speed process. You put$100 on hold but still insisted on card. Breakfast area not cleaned up. Food in warmers was hard if a person didn’t arrive when first put out.

Great hotel when seeing a Yankees game!

We had an excellent first day at this hotel. We chose this hotel due to its location close by Yankee stadium. They're very pleased that we chose this hotel and experienced excellent service during our whole stay. Highly recommend it especially when going to a Yankees game.

if you serve cereal for breakfast, you should also serve milk. coffee ran out 20 minutes after service started only ~15 guests served at the time, I was there by 6:07am. I was told that the entire room must come to breakfast at the same time. Why? Makes me feel like I am suspected of wanting to steal food. Eggs were fresh, but scorched. Dining room check-in staff are less than friendly. The toilet lid won't stay up so I had to hold it while I pee. overall, better than a comfort inn, but the dining room is a real missed opportunity.

Ótima hospedagem por um valor excepcional

Nossa estadia foi muito agradavel, uma feliz surpresa no bairro do Bronx. A localização do hotel, a poucos metros da estação da linha 4 (167st) facilita e muito o deslocamento. Só preciso fazer uma ressalva: em um dos dias da reserva faltou cafe no café da manhã, talvez a única coisa que não possa faltar em um café da manhã, e não houve reposição. Acredito ter sido algo pontual, mas isso pode prejudicar muito o humor dos hospedes.

Repetible seguro

Estancia super agradable, habitaciones limpias y recogidas. Buen desayuno aunque poco variado, y las ventanas no están muy insonorizadas, por el resto tuvimos unos días estupendos.

Estuve aquí por asuntos familiares y el personal desde que llegué fue bien amable nos habilitó información la cual usamos para ir de lugar a lugar en la ciudad la habitación extremadamente limpia todo muy organizado y cómodo el desayuno muy delicioso las áreas comunes al igual que el elevador muy limpios estoy más que segura que volvería a quedarme en este hermoso lugar el cual está cerca de los trenes 4 y D que me me ayudó a moverme en la ciudad agradezco toda la hospitalidad de este lugar que está en un lugar muy especial para mí

Good location to yankee stadium

Room is clean but pretty basic. Beds are hard. This is a good hotel if your going to a Yankees game as it is walkable. The neighborhood is not great but we had no issues. Ac worked well in room but wish it had been on when we arrived. The do offer a nice breakfast with eggs, tator tots, bacon or sausage, yogurt, pancakes, toast, bagels, coffee. Its a good place to stay if your not planning on spending time in your room for very long. We stayed here last year and the first floor is very busy. This trip we stayed on the third floor and enjoyed that much more. Front staff are ok they dont go out of their way to be friendly but also not rude. The poor kitchen staff was slammed both days we were there. They really need more help and someone to be clearing tables as they were either packed or a mess which was frustrating because they dont want you taking food to your rooms.
