Disappointing facilities, room rate is over-charge

Facilities is wear and old, the bathroom/toilet slide door is shaking and could not close completely, the gap cause leakage of bad smell to the bed which is close to the toilet door. The washing basin is too small causing splash of water when washing face or brushing teeth. The space is too small for 3 person room which no space to place 2 medium sized luggage suitcases. Heater is far from the double bed which is not warm enough during the night at 0 degree. Wi-Fi always disconnected. Price is comparable to 3 star plus hotel for the nights of Friday and Saturday, too expensive and can’t be acceptable to pay for poor facilities.

A friendly and helpful staff.

The lady at front desk was super helpful! I forgot her name. But still remember she patiently told me about the facility in the dining area. She cleaned up all the cups once again. She called the taxi for me to the Gatwick Airports with a very low price the next morning . Thanks again!

三人房只是將原本的雙人房加床，可是卻比雙人房貴了50%的價格，非常不值得，因為一般的飯店加床都是加10%~20%的價格。由於是雙人房加床，房間的空間變得很小，幾乎連打開行李的空間都沒有，但是早餐還不錯。

Receptionist was super friendly, however the door handle to the room lifting off the door on both sides, no control over room temperature, bathroom fan sounded like it could come away from the bearing at any second. I thought I'd be helpful when leaving and strip the bed, only to find stains all over the duvet and pillows, which was rather grim to see. Looking at the positives, there's loads of shops closed by and it's a 5 minute walk to Victoria Coach station.

Indecente mettere tre stelle, nessun bagno in stanza doccia e bagni comuni penso uno per minimo 10 camere. Dopo essere entrato in stanza visto come era ho deciso di andare a dormire in un altro hotel.

Good Hotel

Good budget hotel. Get exactly what you pay for. Good location for travel as close to Victoria stations. Clean enough. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Only major issue was I booked a double room but was given a twin room with two beds.

There was mould in the room, carpet hoovered but heavily stained. No bedside tables looked like a chair in room had been used to put things on due to no bedside tables and this was also heavily stained. Wasn’t expecting luxury but expected it to be clean and definitely mould free.

Hôtel plutôt bien situé, cependant, tout à l'air d'avoir été refait mais mal très mal. Trace de peinture. Isolation sonore à revoir. Literie très mauvaise. Télé non fonctionnel comme le wifi d'ailleurs.... Bref pour le prix on peut s'attendre a un peu mieux. Juste dormir a la limite mais pas plus de 2 jours !

Das Hotel muss drigent Saniert werden. Man merkt an mehreren stellen das sehr einfach alles repariert wurde. Die Fenster konnte man nicht schließen und der Wasserkocher im Zimmer hat nach Urin gestunken.
