Sehr zufrieden!

Von außen wirkt das Hotel im ersten Moment eher unscheinbar. Innen top gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Betten gemütlich. Das Hotelpersonal erfüllt jeden Wunsch, wenn sie können. Beim Frühstücksbuffet findet jeder etwas. Sehr gute Lage, da direkte Bahnanbindung, das heißt das Auto kann man gut in der Garage stehen lassen. In der Umgebung viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Bars erreichbar. Wir haben uns nie unwohl gefühlt, da das Hotel komplett mit Kameras überwacht wird

Tiny and Cozy, But Great Staff and Location

The room was much smaller than the pictures suggest. The bathroom was tiny as well. Despite that, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal location.

Kein guter Allgemeinzustand; die Garage ist für Fahrzeuge über 1,70 m nicht benutzbar, die Klingel an der Garage war defekt und man musste erst zur Rezeptikon (1. Etage) gehen, bevor man in die Garange einfahren hätte können, der Vorhang im Zimmer hing halb herunter, der Türgriff zum Bad/WC fiel einfach ab, WC Sitz locker, super kleine Dusche, um in die Dusche hinein zu gelangen, musste man sich schon etwas winden, kein guter Geruch im Treppenhaus / Flur; der Herr am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat uns a) Geld gewechselt für den Parkscheinautomaten auf der Straße b) uns einen Tipp gegeben, wo man kostenlos in der Nähe parken kann und c) ein anderes Zimmer angeboten (was wir aber dankend abgelehnt haben), Frühstück war OK aber auch nicht wiklich besonders, Positiv: elektrische Rolladen, so konnte man das Zimmer gut verdunkeln.

Perfekt läge och fräscht

Andra gången som jag bor på detta hotell. Rent och funktionellt dessutom i en del av staden där utbudet av restauranger och barer är stort. Dessutom i direkt anslutning till hotell finns en riktigt bra ”Tysk” Grekisk restaurang. Rummet funktionellt rent och praktiskt dock lite dåligt vattentryck

S-bahn direkt vor der Tür, anbindung in die city daher sehr gut. Zimmer an sich war ok, klein aber modernisiert und für ein zwei nächte ok. leider kopfteil mit abgenutzem kunstleder (löcher) , duschkabienentür hing nur noch an einer aufhängung, kam einem beim bedienen entgegen.. duschkopf stark verkalkt. Wassergläser waren sehr fleckig, schmutzig. Matratze recht hart aber ok. Wandspiegel hing aus der verankerung. Rolläden im zimmer waren gut, Dafür hat uns das Frühstück überrascht, für 3* doch recht üppig und alles da was man braucht. Spa haben wir nicht genutzt. Parkplätze nur sehr begrenzt im hotel, sonst musste man sich an der strasse was suchen. Alles in allem ein ok Aufenthalt für das geld, wenn das zimmer nicht solche mängel gehabt hätte noch was besser gewesen. (308)

Die Kacheln im Bad könnte man nach oder vor jedem neuen Gast putzen. Die Regendusche war bestimmt nicht erst seit kurzem verkalkt. Der zusatzliche Duschkopfhalter war nicht zu arretieren, was das Duschen erschwerte. Frühstück und Personal sehr gut und freundlich.

Not the best hotel. Would not stay here again.

I travel a lot for business and Germany is not short of decent hotels but this one was lacking severely. Other than a lot of negative issues I found, the three worse ones were: 1) EVERY room is woken up by the stench of fried eggs and bacon from 5am. This was the same for my colleagues in different rooms on different floors. The vents are all connected and the breakfast buffet smell leers in. This also brings the heat from the cooking so regardless of the winter temperature, you have to open your window wide at 5am to flush the smell and heat in order to go back to sleep. 2) Shower drain was blocked and meant you were swimming when using it. I asked 3x times over 3x days for it to be sorted and they always promised it would until the last complaint where I expressed just how upsetting this was. 3) The front doors have a gap at the bottom meaning you can hear other guests easily. Not the most pleasant thing when people return from a night out and are loud.

I quite liked this place for the price. It was clean, and beds were comfortable enough. Good location, had an amazing ice cream place so close, and a great discount grocery store where we could stock up on water for those hot nights! It was verrrrry hot to sleep here. No ac as most places in Germany. I did bring along a little USB fan that I bought before heading to Germany that has been extremely helpful. But the noise, we were on the train side, and it was really loud! It was okay for me because I wear earplugs anyways, But my son woke up a lot. The trains, the sirens, the outside people screaming. Also we had our car parked in the garage, and while we were thankful they had a garage, it was a very tricky place if you were parked on the very right side. Like a scary game of Tetris/Jenja.
