Bellisimo

Beautiful hotel. Everything was super. Front desk staff were brilliant. Stairs up to the hotel but there is a small lift on the first floor. My coffee arrived in the morning when I called. Mini fridge in the room with water for €1 (cheap). You are close to the river and the attractions. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful stay! The staff were fantastic, room was huge and lovely (the rating is far higher than a two star) - quiet as requested for my daughter and I. Location - brilliant. Honestly a truly faultless stay, would highly recommend!

Great location + staff

Fantastic location! We were always max 15 min away from anywhere we needed to be. The room is very simple but has all the necessities. The shower has great water pressure and always had hot water. The staff is always helpful. You do have about 30 steps to the elevator so keep that in mind, and we did notice that the blanket in the closet had some stains on it, which is why I said 4 stars on cleanliness. They have water in the fridge for 1 euro which is super reasonable. A decent place to stay for a few days

Perfect place to say in Florence

The lift starts one floor above ground level. Our room was one floor (steps not lift) below the office. If your party can handle steps then this is the perfect place to be in Florence. you are only minutes from the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, and many other places tourists want to visit. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. If you are driving have them arrange to park your car in the Garage Delle Terme. Nice restaurant across the street and a couple more at he end of the block

The location was excellent. Other than that, I would not recommend. The hotel states it has an elevator, when in fact, it has a lift that started on the 2nd floor. In the heat of summer, you need an elevator at your hotel for your luggage and after walking all day, who wants to claim stairs. Also, we had my elderly mother who struggled. We had 4 rooms and they were all average at best. In the middle of summer, the hotel did not have proper air conditioning to make it comfortable, even in the common areas.

Nice hotel

We liked this hotel. The people at the reception were very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty nice. Coffee was from a machine, but the buffet was well stocked. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe.

This hotel is perfectly located for 3 nights in Florence. The room was a great size, bed very comfortable and large. The staff at the hotel is just as excellent as the location and provided very good recommendations on where to eat! Monti greeted us upon arrival and was an amazing host. We will definitely be back!

Enkelt, trevligt och perfekt läge.

Vi gillade det centrala men lugna läget och all personal hade ett trevlig bemötande. Många trappsteg från gatan men det finns en antik hiss för den som föredrar det. Enkel men bra frukost och sköna sängar. Hotellet ligger i en gammal byggnad med begränsad utsikt, men det finns en liten veranda mot floden som är perfekt att nyttja till morgonkaffet eller ett glas när man vilar fötterna.

Location was great, easy to walk to major sites! We walked to/from the train station, not super close, but not a bad 15 min walk. Our room was wonderful and the staff was top notch. Clean room with a great view of the river. There is a small private terrace on the top floor available for use at any time. Breakfast was delicious. A warning though: there are about 30 steps from the street to an elevator/lift as the reception desk and rooms are 2-3 floors above street level.
