As an avid traveler my expectations can be somewhat skewed. My expectations can be high. Without hesitation this stay was the best of my year. The room and total establishment was spotless. Gentleman that helped with our bags to the room was awesome. Gave us helpful hints for the area and was generally pleasant. The front desk personnel were professional and sincerely seemed to care about our comfort and satisfaction. I wish had captured the womens name that was the host for our breakfast each day. She made us feel so welcome we almost extended our stay. She was pleasant, welcoming and remembered us each day. Just a great place to stay in Rome and I highly recommend. One additional point, add breakfast to your booking, it is by far the finest breakfast you will ever get at any hotel, ever. Trust this.

My family arrived bout 5 hours before check-in and the staff, especially Adam, worked exceptionally hard to get our rooms ready so we only waited 1 hour. The location is perfect for sightseeing. All the major monuments and attractions were walking distance.
