An okayish Stay

The staff was friendly and helpful, however they didn’t have any extra pillows to give us when we asked. The hotel is older and the room definitely felt run down. The lobby was well kept. The AC was VERY loud and constant in our room. We did enjoy having a kitchenette though. The bathroom was not clean to my standards, hairs & writing on the mirror when it fogged. The pool area was decent. Overall not a terrible stay, but wouldn't pick it again.

Serves a narrow purpose, but analyze all costs

Staff was good and no glaring cleanliness issues, but infrastructure was very old. “Breakfast” was horrible which negated some of the savings I thought I would have with a family here. Benefit is it is close to Hershey and serves the purpose of staying there at an affordable rate. Served our purpose of a stopover between NY and Pittsburgh.

The hotel was alright for the price. I feel with a little elbow grease and updating it could be very nice. The room had a bit of a stale smell when we came in. The bathtubs finish was wearing away. The refrigerator was not in working condition. There were very nice staff members who worked there. The pool is a nice size. They need to change the sign out front that says waterslide.

One and Done

Came down to Hershey for a little getaway away for a wedding and some park time with my family. Place is super dated. My room was infested with spiders. I disposed of 5 myself and then finally called the front desk at 10pm and they came down and disposed of some more. They were apologetic but told us they had no more rooms available. 5 minutes later, miraculously one became available. We move my whole family up to another room at 1030 pm, which the room was a little better. Came down for breakfast the next morning and it was just awful. They advertise free breakfast but it really is not something to be proud of offering. Upon checking out we asked to discuss our stay with the manager. They took our info and 3 days later we have not heard from them. Very disappointing and would certainly look for other options.

Exceptional value during “off season” …especially compared to other accommodations in the area. Staff professional and make every effort to see that your stay is a good experience. Fabio’s Italian restaurant right next door … excellent food.

The front desk person was nice and pleasant. We have stayed here before but the upkeep has deteriorated. The curtains in the room was ripped. The bed had bent frame legs. Chair in the room was broken.

Has a great indoor pool, indoor basketball court, pool table, and small nice arcade center Keeps the family entertained especially if it’s a rainy day. The rooms are very clean but a little worn in the bathroom. It’s less than 15 minute drive to Hershey park and for the price…. It’s worth it

Great arcade and nice pool area. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It was close to Hershey. It’s a little dated, but perfect for an overnight at Hershey.
