Good three night stay in Olathe.

Shower was not the greatest. Shower head was clogged, making water pressure off. Air conditioning unit sounded like you were in a wind storm. Noise level was not great; can hear everything out in the hallway going on, and people talking from their rooms when you are in the hall. Ball tournament weekend - kids running up and down the hall until midnight both nights Hotel room only came with two towels and two wash cloths - asked for more on the first night - said the hotel was sold out and backed up on laundry.

To start with unpaid extra to check in early - 11 am, and the person at the front desk did not even know that they could do that- he blamed it on the “third party”, however I had requested that directly through Wyndham. He was not knowledgeable at all with what they could and could not do, and was not friendly at all. Then- when I got into my room- which was overall very well done- there was a huge crack int eh window and we were on the ground floor. Not only was it unsafe, but it made the a/c run more than it should have. Finally, the gym was a disaster- only 2 out of the 4 aerobic machines worked, and the thermostat did not work, so it was about 80 degrees in there with humidity. after I requested it to be fixed- the next day there was still no change. The breakfast was pretty good, however.

There were tiny bugs all over the ac unit. The sheets were dirty so I called down to ask for clean ones. The lady said come get them. So I went down and told her I needed a king fitted sheet. Didn’t realize it til I got up to the room she gave me a flat one. Went back down where she rudely rolled her eyes as I asked for a king fitted sheet. Got up to the room and it was a full. Went back down again where we finally got the correct one. There were lights that didn’t work in the room. Will not stay there ever again, or suggest to anyone.

Very clean, lovely hotel. The rooms had obviously been refitted, but very well done. Beds were very comfortable. The entire property was clean. The common areas were especially nice and inviting. Kids loved the pool. Negatives: The toilet in the pool was broken and the elevator was broken for our entire stay.

Great stay! The room was spacious. Enjoyed the breakfast especially the sausage gravy and biscuits. Staff was courteous and helpful. I’ll come back again.

The place was full of unruly teenagers with no parents to be found. Loud, stinking around til 1am. There were so many in the lobby when I was trying to check in the attendant had to yell. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable but we could deal with them ok. I do like the dove products in the bathroom.
