Terrific affordable little bolt hole.

A terrific little bolt hole with close proximity to great cafes and Hutt St, parklands and a short walk to the centre of Adelaide. I was fortunate to have a view of the Adelaide Hills, so the room was light. The only downside was the bathroom flooded when I had a shower, so had to use the extra towel to mop up the floor. So not so eco friendly in that department. Overall, a welcoming and comfortable stay.

Okay but....

Bi-Fold windows facing the street are not soundproof because of air gaps,so trucks parked with their motors running had me waking up from 5am. There is no light in the entrance so any luggage items placed on the rack cannot be seen because it's too dark. Limited low light in the bedroom area is not conducive to using a laptop to catch up on emails. Power point for iron starting to come off the wall, spotlight bedside lamp didnt gice off much light, the iron had lots of grime. Good points: Coffee bags instead of instant coffee, well stocked mini-bar, water tap & sink and large bench opposite the bed. OK overall but looking tired and in need of a refresh.

Fantastic experience - from the friendly staff, to the awesome location. A couple of times had to ask for some items or assistance but staff were always happy to help and restock (toilet paper/soap). Overall excellent experience and will definitely return!

Unprofessional staff , rooms were untidy , tvs not working unable to watch free to air tv . Would not waste my time or money. Reception staff choosing to vent their work issues to customers regarding other guests and confidentiality not being maintained

The room did not have an ironing board and iron but had the plastic water cup for it and since the guest laundry isnt accessible via guest access key until reception is open I had to wear an unironed shirt as I had an early flight. TV did not have free to air channels programmed. Needs some TLC generally. I stayed there once before and experience was better.
