I booked 2 rooms and Room 105 Ac was not working properly. I mentioned to the from desk and that the room had a smell like wet carpet. I was tild that Maintenance came out while we were out and said ac worked. It never got over 79degrees at best. I was offered points for inconvenience. The hotel service and rooms are nice. Just the ac in one of my rooms. Bfast is nice as well.

Not the best Fairfield that we’ve stayed at but it was convenient location for our trip. Room had plenty of room for us being there a full week. Bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was not great, but on their behalf they were housing a college baseball team which is why we were there. Overall all it was a great stay!

No problems. We had a busy weekend at the Fair Grounds. We used the bed and bathroom. Never turned the TV on but I'm sure it would have worked... The breakfast was a big plus. The bagel with cream cheese, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon(ham),breakfast sausages were nice. The Greek yogurt was good and I added chocolate chips and granola to it. My wife had coffee and I had OJ.. No problems with staff or other guests. There was a lot of College? baseball players staying there but they were quiet and respectful. We will stay at the Fairfield again next time we are in the area.

We loved our room - it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good and the pool area was clean. Housekeeping came once, and didn’t make the bed, leaving an old towel on the end of it.

No heat for 2 hrs. Cold eggs soggy sausage. Generously poor service. Not up to Marriott brand.

Just a couple of things, the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were bad. There’s not enough light in the bathroom. Way too dark to do make up. And breakfast ended at 9:30. We went down at 9 AM and there were others coming in. But most of the stuff was put away already. We had to ask for almost everything we wanted or needed.
