Big bathroom and room. Had to ask for water. Sheets don't fit bed so it didn't always cover both of us. One garbage can in the bathroom No Kleenex. Soap and shampoo provided. Quiet enough and clean. Walking distance to medical appointments. Across from a walking park.. Nice restaurant in hotel.

The room have poor lighting.desk lamps have been removed, not a trash can in the room, no amenities, bath towels are very old. Also you can clearly hear noise and voices from other rooms. Upon arrival there were no soaps, towels or a friendly reception.”

Good but they don't respect the reservation
First of all I requested a delux room with king size bed.. when I arrived I went to the Main desk. They couldn't find my reservation quickly, so I wait for a while until they found it. They said that they found it so they gave me the key. My surprise was that was a regular room with a full bed. That is not what I paid.. I was so tired so I didn't say anything and went to sleep

Las toallas cuando entramos a la habitación estaban muy acomodadas y muy dobladas pero bien sucias, al hacer esta observación y solicitar más toallas a recepción se molestó. Al día siguiente la persona que estaba haciendo limpieza en recepción ni siquiera respondió el saludo y volteó a hacerle mala cara a nuestra mascota. Le falta mucha actitud a su personal.
