I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some redeeming qualities, the overwhelming sewage smell from the toilet made my stay unbearable. Despite my best efforts to mask the odor with perfume, the stench persisted.
The breakfast was decent, with some subtle variations each day. However, the eggs and pork sauce were inedible to me.
Noise was another issue, as the paper-thin walls allowed me to hear every conversation and footstep in the hallway. If you're a light sleeper, this hotel is not ideal.
While some staff members were friendly, others seemed indifferent.
The room itself was a letdown, with a window that faced a wall, providing no natural light or view. It was a terribly designed room.
On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located near Cusco's historic center.
I could never stay here again based off the terrible nasty toilet smell.
