The room was nice and spacious and accommodating . . . but, for whatever reason, the electrical outlets in the room did not power our electronics -- our PAP machines, our cell phone chargers.... Also, we couldn't figure out the AC system -- had to have someone from the office help.

The room air conditioner did not operate. The outside temperature that day was near 100 degrees F. There was not another room available and no maintenance sevices were offered. A fan was given to us and we opened the door to the hallway to blow cooler air into our room. The fan blowing and the elevated temperatures made for a very uncomfortable sleep for the four guests. There were not adequate number of towels or pillows for the registered number of guests. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Building smelled damp. One halway had the heat on and the next had the ac blowing. All drains were very slow. Tub, toilet and sink. Room felt like a renovation had started and was forgoten about.

Our room was disgusting. I walked in and there were huge cobwebs on the walls. Dust on the picture frames. The room was humid and with a strong must stench. Sadly I had my 4 kids with me and we turned around and walked out and went somewhere else to stay.

So the room’s top lock was loose. There was light visible through a missing seal between door and door jam. It was really cold with no way to control any heat or ac. The room was very dirty. Mold on the ceiling of the shower. There was a man talking late at night by my room and he sounded agitated. I didn’t feel safe there and will not be returning. I have videos but unable to load them.

We had booked a specific room and was put into a lesser value room and charged for the room we booked. When we inquired we were told that room we booked was not available. There was hair in the tub and the sunk in the room was dirty. We were allowed to stay in the room we booked. Even though it was supposed to be painted but was ready to be used. We were also double charged for our stay.

First the hotel charged a $50 amenities fee, which you get refunded after check out (but takes 5-7 days). I didn't know about the extra charge until check in. By that time you're stuck because it's past the cancellation time. That should've been added on the website when making a reservation. The hotel: Air conditioner didn't work and the panel was off, toilet kept running all night and the tank had a mismatched lid, no hot water for the shower, phone missing, in the hall it smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana properly in their room. I will say the staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. But the facility needs some improvement for travelers to enjoy their stay.

The place smelled like mold. The room was hit and damp. The clerk did not know how to find a differeroom and gave all kinds of valueless excuses. It was midnight and we left abd found a different location. It was NOT what I wanted to deal with after a 4 hour evrning drive.

This place was absolutely horrible. We got to our room, the furnace was way up. Couldn't turn it down. The bathroom door didn't have a handle on it. Then we found dog poop on the floor. Ended up getting a new room. That one had a pile of human hair on the floor. The walls in both room are falling apart. If it wasn't late at night I would have went else where. This place should be turned into the state health department. Absolutely horrible. Can't believe I paid money for it.

The room was very off to me because there was a window that was one hole wall so I had to pull curtains closed and prop chair against it because I was pretty uncomfortable
