I do not recommend this hotel, it has bed bugs! We had to leave the hotel and book in another one in the middle of the night. We had to spend 2000 mexican pesos at the Urgent Care to treat my wife's rash due to the bed bugs bites. And another negative, Orbitz was not able to get me the refund for the amount prepaid for this deplorable hotel. I am seriously considering dropping Orbitz due their inability to support me as a customer. If you have any questions or proof of the bed bugs, I have pictures. Call me at 346-661-7899

We had a basic King Bed non smoking room. The only downside is that it doesn’t come with a mini fridge. We had to be asking for a bucket of ice each time. So if you have anything that needs to be stored in a fridge, don’t choose this room. There wasn’t a hand towel, only 2 bath towels, we had to buy our own. But overall the room was descent and comfortable.

Muy mala experiencia! Llegamos muy tarde al hotel y nos asignaron una habitación sin terminar de limpiar, nos asignaron una más que estaba ocupada y que pena con las personas que estaban dentro. La tercer habitación que nos dieron parecía mejor pero sin toalla de mano porque no tienen toallas de mano (inexplicable!) La cama muy dura y La regadera terrible! Pero terrible! Salían 3 chisguetes de agua y había que atinarle para que te cayera. No volvería por nada a este hotel.
