Just driving through
Front desk employee was at the desk and at the computer if the desk. My husband went in I was lagging behind. So the employee was working away at his computer and I was thinking he had already greeted my husband and was getting us registered (again, I was lagging behind so that is why I thought this). I stood with my husband another three or four minutes and the employee finally looked up at us and asked if he could help us. I would think most employees would say hello or welcome and I will be right with you. I thought this was crazy that he couldn’t acknowledge us. As the check in process moved along he didn’t get any friendlier. The rest of the hotel was good no complaints.
