Excellent choice for Petaluma/SRosa area

We visit Sonoma Cnty 5-6x/yr, trying different hotels. Very few "make the grade" as return choices. Home2 Suites@Hilton is going to be one of them. New, efficiently designed, spacious rooms. Note the open DR area is located BEFORE the Reception Desk, which is to your left as you enter. Also, our GPS indicated the front two office bldgs as the hotel; don't be confused, just continue down the road's curve to the left. The hotel sits between the two office buildings and a strip mall.

Stayed 2 nights, everything was good and service as expected in a good hotel. Breakfast had plenty of options the only comment I have is that breakfast table are not been clean after each use and I has to wipe with a napkins before using it. Would be nice if someone would take care of it.

Positive experience with disabled accessibility.

Really nice stay. The suites are super spacious. The roll in shower was great and the grab bars were solid. Floor was a bit slippery. The wheelchair access left a little to be desired when considering the rooms entry doors, but other than that no real complaints. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Newer hotel, not clean

We arrived at 3:15 to check into our room and it was not ready. We were told by the front desk it would be about 30 min. until it was ready, a hour later we were still waiting. Upon entering the room, it seemed clean, though it smelled like "love my carpet". The room is on the first floor, so maybe a "pet" room?? we found "pet" spots on the carpet, when we opened the sofa bed there was dog hair and long black hairs on the maitress pad. In the bathroom there were lots of "personal" hairs in the shower and on the back of the bathroom door. Also, what looked like soap wrapper on the floor of the shower, keep in mind we just arrived and had not used the room yet. The bed sheets were clean and the mattress on the king bed was comfy. We went down to the pool and there were no pool towels, the patio furniture was dirty with food and drink spills. The spa water level was low, so the jets were half way above the water level. The pool its self was refreshing and clean. Very loud, drunk adults at the pool on our second day. The breakfast was decent, though most of the hot food was prepared items just heated up in the microwave. We liked the selection of juices and fruit. They ran out of coffee creamer for 2 days, why the manager wouldn't go to the grocery store and buy some, I don't know!!?? We found a tick on our bath towel when we were packing up to leave. I guess I will need to check my kids for ticks when I get home.

They thought of everything in this spotless gem.

It’s our 2nd visit. This hotel is laid out ideally for travellers or longer stays. We plan a return trip in 2 weeks. Bed is wonderfully comfy and having a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and extra sink is great. Staff are super welcoming. Easy on/off highway, food nearby and 10 minutes from the well reviewed Sarmentine (French bakery).

Loved our Room

We stayed in Petaluma for the weekend and this was our first time staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located off the freeway, check-in was easy and quick, and we were more than pleasantly surprised when we went to our room. Lots of space, even had a king size bed plus a large couch, and a full kitchen including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, plates and utensils. There were also barbecues downstairs that could be used by the fire pit. Definitely will plan to stay here again our next trip to that area!

Suitable for families. We enjoyed the comfort and updated room/bath. The room had sufficient space including additional sofa bed. The front desk was very kind and generous for my husband’s birthday. Breakfast was decent and filling. There was an older woman in the kitchen that cussed when a yogurt machine didn’t work and my toddler daughter was next to me. It seemed when there were waves of people coming, the food would run out and you had to wait 5 minutes until things were refilled (not too bad if you’re patient). We loved the pool and hot tub. The beach towels ran out at night but were replaced by indoor towels at least. The fire pit was so warm and fun! We loved sitting there under the stars. Outside the hotel on the outside windows, there were tons of wasp hives. They did not harm anyone, but I definitely recommend ridding of those as this could be harmful to children. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would return because of the comfort, location, free breakfast, and friendly staff!

10/10 完美

Pillow problem.

The hotel is great, a 10 out of 10. My only complaint is that the pillows had an odor that made me feel they were dirty. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Using two did not make it any better.
