cleaners came late in day and in the morning seem to start later when people coming to sit by the pool. Excellent food and entertainment. Staff fabulous! Couldn’t fault the service or hotel. This was our first visit and will be back.

The staff was the major highlight. They were very friendly and professional, making sure that my stay was pleasant. It's an older hotel, some of the furniture and the carpet needs to be replaced. Also, I found quite a few of bugs/insects inside the room. Overall I'd recommend it mainly because of the amazing staff and convenience to walk to the beach and shopping stores.

DELIGHTFUL AT LAS DALIAS

Excellent, as always at Las Dalias. Special praise for the staff and in particular a member of the entertainment team called Martha and also her friend whose name I don’t know. They interacted wonderfully with guests. One small observation - the variety of prepared. fruit at meals was less than usual. There were grapes, melon and watermelon at every meal but almost nothing else, for instance no grapefruit or pineapple. But that is only a small point in relation to the usual very pleasant stay I once again had.

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. Food was good and varied. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around. There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool.

The hotel was very central unfortunately the area is hilly. The room requires some new furniture and fridge as old, also a proper chair to sit and some pegs on wall to hang clothes to air at end of day. Towels were hard and at times frayed, maybe fan in bathroom

Globalmente muy bien. Buena comida, fantástica localización y ambientación. Ahora bien, las habitaciones un poco mejorables: subía olor del sumidero en el baño, haciendo que la habitación entera tuviese mal olor; también me quedé con el picaporte de la puerta del baño en la mano un par de veces. El resto, todo bien, aunque teniendo en cuenta el precio (+300€/noche) esas cosas no tendrían que ocurrir.

As returning guests of multiple visits we can recommend the Hotel for its friendly staff with special mention to Sidi who always remembers us. The rooms are comfortable and well attended. Queues at the bars are limited to few due to some self service options. The food is varied and great quality. The pools are excellent even having to join in the madness of putting towels out and staying with them from pre 0730. But, it’s better than previously when you had to wait for chains to be unlocked. Another perfect holiday.

Decent hotel for a getaway

The hotel was good. The food was acceptable. Decent choices each day. Definitely a family oriented hotel. The pool area is over crowded although there were plenty of loungers as a result. Perfect budget getaway for an all inclusive option.

Great , but a bit pricey for the hotel

The food and beverages were definitely of a much higher quality and better taste compared to the other five hotels we stayed at. However, the air conditioning could have been cooler, as it was centralized. Hotels should specify the type of air conditioning they have, so guests can make an informed choice. A comfortable night's sleep is essential, and the right sleeping temperature plays a crucial role in achieving it.

Friendly staff and lots of activities

Our stay at the hotel is very good. Five star to the entertainment team and the staff. There are lots of activities for all ages, from kids to adults to the whole family. The furniture in the room need to be upgraded - worn table legs etc. The dinner food cuisine varies day by day which is great!
