The space was thoughtfully designed, clean, and inviting, with just the right touches to make it feel like home. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a restful night's sleep. I should receive a full refund. There were water quality issues that did not allow me to shower, use the sink, or use ice cubes. The staff was polite and professional, but the facility itself was unacceptable. It smelled like chlorine due so some water treatment that was being done to fix the water quality issues. The pool was closed down. Overall, it was not the stay I was expected and paid for.
