This is a nicely managed property with a wonderful service. Room is a bit outdated but clean. It's difficult to rate this hotel after being in a five star hotel the night before so my view is skewed.

Amazing place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning is delicious. Room is clean and very comfortable. Terrace is beautiful!

Nice choice

Avery modern hotel with a lovely ambience. Luisa was a wonderful host, and we enjoyed the breakfasts. The lack of lighting on the stairs to our room was scary walking up and down. The shower was a bit funky too with it spraying everywhere and with a hard spray. But for a 5 day stay it was safe and upgraded and in a good location.

Beautiful property, excellent service!

This property is stunning and in a perfect neighborhood but it's the service that sold us. We had a little hiccup with our room but they handled it beautifully and made us dinner while we waited. Their drinks are awesome, breakfast is great and the roof patio is so pretty. We'll for sure be back!

Casa Luciana- Spectacular experience

We found Casa Luciana to be a beautiful and comfortable oasis. The space was lovely and intimate. The rooms very nice with very comfortable bedding and wonderful shower. The staff attentive and while it sometimes took a while to get a drink or snack on the rooftop, we were not in a hurry and loved that space. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff . We will definitely return and choose to stay there every time. Will book a massage next time.

We loved staying here for our trip to CDMX. I would stay here for the rain shower alone. The property was tidy, breakfast was good, and we booked a spa experience for our anniversary, which was wonderful. I would recommend all my friends who visit CDMX to stay here. We took Ubers around and everything was in close proximity within a $5-10 Uber ride. There is a fan in the room. The only one small complaint I’d have is the pillows, but I am picky about my pillows. My husband and I like pillows to be plump and comfy (like most of us would have in our homes). While there were multiple pillows available on the bed, none were quite comfortable to sleep with. That’s something I find at most hotels, so I can’t fault them for that. I just need to be diligent about taking my own pillow to places. After all, sleep is the most important thing when you’re staying away from home. Other than that, everything else at this hotel was spectacular.

From the inception of our checkin, we weren’t greeted by a hostess, but by one of the restaurant employees. For nearly $300.00 per night, you would expect a welcome drink or at the very least water in your room and a mini fridge. Not only did they not supply us with any water, but the room faced the street, did not have A/C which didn’t fare well for a warm weekend stay. Open windows equates to as noisy evening, so your options are either to be disturbed by passerby’s or to warm up like a furnace. This was our first stay away from our children and you would hope that it would be a comfortable one. We could hear the above and below guests as they showered or flushed the toilet. A drain line that seemed to run through our bathroom made the loudest noise while it rained, which vibrated and gurgled (which was the entirety of our first evening). We tried to cancel our reservation upon entry at 5 pm and could not get a hold of the manager on duty. We left the following morning after being told by Mariana that the owner would get back to us. It’s been 9 days and despite multiple efforts of contacting him/her (text, email, phone-calls), we have yet to hear back and our account has yet to be refunded for the 2 evenings that we did not stay. We decided to stay at this hotel based upon favorable reviews, but after this horrifying experience, we decided to deep dive and found that reviews were all posted 9 months ago. Small, intimate, few frills but super modern and clean. Trendy in a laid back kind of way. No AC but giant fan and huge openable door length windows - so no need. Room wasn’t huge but didn’t feel small. Perfect size. Warm staff. And above all: location. Location. Location. La Condesa. Quiet side street near everything. Great tacos up the block. Bars nearby. Saint bakery around the corner. Ámsterdam Ave and the parks - less than 5 min walk. Such a small hotel overall: would be perfect to take over for a large family gathering or bunch of friends (Downside, if it matters: 3 floors but no elevator).
