A real Hotel!

The Bern Hotel in Tallin, is one of my best experiences during my travelling to different countries during my life, regarding it's price. It has a very friendly atmosphere, nice and kind staff, excellent location, exactly in the border of old town and modern part, near to golf of Finn with clean, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. I suggest it by sure and will come here again and again.

Tucked away on the Edge of the Old Town, I enjoyed my stay here. It’s approximately 10 mins walk from the Port so handy if you want to do a Day trip to Helsinki

The Bern Hotel has a nice blend of modern and retro in its style, and everything was in decent condition and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms facing the yard are quiet with no traffic noise, from what i could tell. The lift is good to have, and breakfast is generous, homely with plenty of variety. It is good value for price paid. Breakfast is 8am till 11am.

Good Value, Great Location

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel that is a good value just steps from Old Town and near public transport. The rooms aren’t huge or fancy, but they have all the amenities you need and the staff is helpful and friendly. I’d stay here again if I ever return to Tallinn.

Staff were lovely, location just on the old town border so great for tourists. Supermarket across the road which was really useful. My room overlooked the back so was reasonably quiet, but I would not have wanted a room overlooking the road because it was quite busy with young people hanging around making some noise. There are tables and benches outside the supermarket which attract groups. I didn’t feel comfortable being out after dark because of this, as a solo traveller. When I arrived the lift floor has spilled beer on it and the door was wedged open with the beer can. Staff seemed unaware. I used the stairs.

Great hotel next to Tallinn Old Town. This place is in a marvellous location. Comfortable accommodation and very pleasant staff. The bed was comfortable and the room, which was well equipped, included a kettle, hairdryer, towels, a small but adequate fridge and a good bathroom in the sense that it contained everything we needed, such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner and tissues. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Superb.

It is located close to the places I wanted to visit. For places further afield like Kumu or Kondriag, the hotel is a short walk from the tram stop. Very helpful staff. I'd recommend it

Average hotel. Outside was super pretty. bed was comfy and staff was nice and easy check in. Could have been more modern. not a fan of the rugs because it felt dirty. good location, would come back here but its just average. Price was very high compared to what I got. paid close to 100 when most other nights its 40 and under.

Right in the heart of things

You can’t beat the location- steps from the old town and the tram. The room was a bit small but just fine for me. There is a very ample and varied breakfast. The price was very reasonable. I’ve stayed in 4 other hotels in Tallinn over the years and this was the most convenient for access to the old town & ttabsp

The largest light bulb above the bed in room 301 was about to go out and was blinking all the time. This didn't bother me since I reserved the room just for sleeping, but it would bother anyone who needs light.
