Good location. Nice smaller resort, really great for what it is however disgustingly overpriced for what it is and not worth that. Price gouging on resort fee when it’s no resort and no amenities worth charging extra for when you already pay $600+ a night. Then adding high parking fee on top of it. Location is vastly overpriced for what it is and I do not recommend. I could’ve stayed at a true 5 star resort for this price. This is equal to a boutique level Hilton vacation club. Again, great for what it is but truly worth half or less the cost I paid.

My family and I contemplated on staying here and staying at other resorts, it took us a week to decide and I am so happy we stood here. The entire vacation was amazing. The pools were never packed and we got to enjoy them each day. The hammocks were so relaxing and watching the sunset perfectly from our patio. The sand accommodated our kids to play in. The drinks at the bar with Renae were amazing! The Room was so spacious and smelled good. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure and water was perfect. Overall our stay was Amazing!

O hotel é extremamente confortável e lindo! A decoração é de muito bom gosto e o ambiente cercado pela natureza torna a estadia ainda mais agradável. A área da piscina foi um dos destaques — a água era quentinha e eles ainda ofereciam protetor solar, um cuidado que faz diferença. Como ponto de atenção, as taxas de resort e estacionamento são um pouco altas, assim como o valor do café da manhã. Nada que surpreenda, considerando o padrão do hotel, mas vale ter em mente. No geral, foi uma experiência muito boa, com excelente estrutura e ótimos serviços. Voltaria com certeza!

No value for money

The place is beautiful and well-maintained, great for families. However, I wouldn’t return, as there’s really not much to do in the area. It was mentioned that shuttles to Key West are available, but when we asked at 5 PM, we were told the shuttles don’t operate at that time. The room price was very high for what we received. Parking wasn’t included and had to be paid separately, as well as breakfast. To upgrade the room for an ocean view, we were asked to pay an additional $100. For the total amount we ended up paying, we could have booked a great hotel directly in Key West, which would have made a lot more sense for us. If you’re staying far from the main attractions, either pay less—or at least get some extras included.

We stayed for 3 days. There was no cleaning in our room, even the trash was not taken. The Waitresses were friendly, the valet service staff was very interested. Reception staff had low energy.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Going to bed I notice that the sheets are torn. The next morning I inform the reception, showing the photos and asking that they be changed during the cleaning of the room. They tell me it will be done, without even apologizing for the inconvenience. In the evening, when we return to the hotel, we discover that the room has not been cleaned, the beds have not been made and that the cleaning lady has simply left a bag with clean sheets (one of which was dirty) on one of the two beds. We asked the front desk for an explanation and the answer was that they only have one cleaning lady for the entire property and therefore she cannot clean all the rooms. We had to make the beds ourselves. The next morning, when we checked out, we saw other guests complaining about the same problem, that no one had been notified of. Spending more than $400 per night to find torn sheets and having to make the room ourselves, without even a hint of apology from the staff, seems unacceptable to me. The hotel management, in exchange for this poor service, only discounted our resort fees. Photos attached
