Disappointed

First of all, the toilet was dirty. The people upstairs was so noisy. We called the lobby for transfer us to another room and the person was so nice and move us to 4th floor, but that's another story. People near us were so noisy at 12am, then we had to call again. The room is spacious, but with a few dirty areas in the room. The shower had black areas, the lamp had dust. We didn't like the breakfast. No banana, no whole wheat bread, no pork sausage. The chairs are faded. A few things that we liked was the kindFirst of all, the toilet was dirty. The people upstairs was so noisy. We called the lobby for transfer us to another room and the person was so nice and move us to 4th floor, but that's another story. People near us were so noisy at 12am, then we had to call again. We stayed always in Holidays Inn hotels, but this time it was disappointed for us.

The stay was not bad. There were a few things that I wish were better. The bathroom floor was not as clean as it should have been. But, The rest of the room was clean. The breakfast could have been better. The bacon was really good but the eggs were cold. Custom service at the front desk was really good.

Gross!!

The bathroom was disgusting. Black mildew everywhere. The chair in the room was worn out. The corners of the rooms all had dust. The walls were filthy. They gave us a top floor room and it was so gross the guy at the front desk said “i got you” and gave us a key to a 1st floor room that was literally just as bad. Bathroom floors had stuff growing on them. Shower head had other stuff growing on it too! Our beds looked slept in when we arrived too. But we were so tired so we just fell asleep- but not for long because the traffic noise was so bad. Only nice thing about this place was the morning coffee was surprisingly good and they tried hard for the breakfast. Also the staff was nice. But the place is so run down!!!! Nothing like the reviews. I kept wondering if I accidentally booked a wrong place!
