Carpet was very dirty and stained, I booked a triple room, double bed for my mum, 2 singles for me and my 15yo daughter, on arrival was informed they don't do triple rooms so was given a room with 2 double beds, checked my booking and it had changed to 2 double beds, which made me look silly when I had, for certain booked 1 double bed and 2 single beds, i checked this numerous times before I arrived. Holiday Inn said it was an Hotel.com error not their error. Had no option but to stay but had I otherwise known 2 doubles were the only option, I wouldn't have paid over £300 for 2 nights for this room.
