My check in was less than stellar. I was hand my room cards, when to my room neither card worked. I returned to the reception desk, they reprogrammed the cards, they still did not work. I returned once more to the desk. I was told I will accompany you to the room after I check in these folks. I returned to the room waited about 10 mins. No one showed. So I called the hotel, some one else answered I explained what was going on. She came up to the room to try once again. Still no go. They ended up putting me in a different room. I went out for the evening, returned to the room, guess what the card did not allow me in the room, they had to reprogram it it again. I was then fine until the night before I was checking out when it happened again. At this point a new badge was programmed, and a mechanical key was offered if that did not work. Breakfast is hit n miss, 1 day the eggs and meats are hot the next they are cold. Please hire people who know what they are doing.
