Arrivés à 21 heures. Réception fermée. A la rue avec nos bagages. Nous finissons au bout d'une demi heure par avoir une personne désagréable au téléphone qui nous explique que l'on va devoir télécharger une application pour pouvoir faire notre check in. Application téléchargée. Ayez de l'internet ou un téléphone américain. Notre chambre est la 501. Sauf que ce numéro n'apparaît sur aucune des chambres. Je rappelle la dame qui là ne répond plus. Il est 22 h 40, et là par chance une dame sort sa chambre, nous dit que c'est la 502, on présume donc que celle d'à côté est la chambre 501. Sur cette porte apparaît le chiffre 1 ! Complètement livrés à nous mêmes. Sentiment très désagréable. Nous sommes restés 5 jours. Une personne à la réception, un jeune homme très gentil, présent deux jours. Le reste du temps personne. Donc s'il y a une urgence vous vous débrouillez.

Amazing!!

Our stay at the Inn on Ursuline was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful and nice and cool when we got there. The only problem we had was that the bed was a little hard. I have fibromyalgia so it was a little uncomfortable. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect to walk to everything we wanted to see.

NOLA French quarter stay 🌼

Great place feels like being home, no big hotel atmosphere. Room has beautiful high ceilings, comfortable bed, coffee maker and bottle water. Service was good. Keep the personal touch no app or Machines. In the heart of the French Quarter.

Relaxing

Palestine greeted us with a beautiful smile. Gave us our key and took us to our room and made sure key worked. We were very happy with our room and the coziness of the Inn overall. Definently will recommend to family and friends.

AC and restroom were not working properly. Bed sheets were dirty. Office staff leaves early. No locker for luggages. They let your luggages at the front desk with no one to take care about them. Everyone from the hotel can go with their cards in this office…

The area was great; convenient to everything. The only downfall was that there was no refrigerator in the room. We stayed street side and there was nowhere to sit except on the stoop. Other than that, it was awesome. We enjoyed our stay.
