The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was in great condition and the location was was handy for getting to places of interest. The only downside was that there was a noise from outside that went on through the night (not the hotel's fault I know).

The place feels very worn out and old. The kitchen has no pans and cooking utensils; not even towels or dish soap. The room we were assigned faced the street and was very noisy. You can hear the thumping of the music from several of the bars and restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning. The location was excellent. Close to the Angel and everything was accessible. But I will not stay there again.

The suite was fantastic and well worth the amount charged. There was a TV in both the bedroom and in the living room The kitchen was well equipped. We were given two little bottles of water for the first night, but the maid forgot to replenish the bottles so for the next four nights we bought water in the nearby store. She also did not replenish the toilet paper but we managed on what we had.
