Plain and rude!!

Choice of breakfast is less.The receptionist's attitude was cold , the older host of this hotel was even rude: when we having our breakfast in the morinig, he correct us having not put the coffee cup on the plate, and moving the cup onto the plate while murmuring:It is very important in Italy.The location is not good, need to make a transfer by bus to get to the hotel.

Fantastic stay

This hotel was the best, the staff were super friendly, the rooms had great working aur conditioning even during 40 degrees Celsius heat wave, the shower pressure was great and the size of the shower was comfortable amd not those tiny showers. their rooftop terrace is large with amazing views of the sea. We have been in Italy for 1 month and my kids still talk about the amazing breakfast (italian style) and was the best cappuccino I had. The walk is long to the beach but thats to be expected in the geographic location. And they have parking which is great cause its impossible to find parking on the Amalfi coast. Definitely will go back to this hotel when i return to Amalfi

Todas pessoas do hotel foram muito amigáveis. O hotel mesmo não sendo um estabelecimento de luxo mantém um charme europeu. A localização é perto do centro de Amalfi (15’ descendo) e com parada de ônibus quase em frente para voltar (subindo). Ficamos em uma suíte com terraço muito espaçoso. O café da manhã tem uma variedade razoável de produtos e todos muito saborosos.

Beautiful terrace

Nice place with a beautiful terrace. Expensive with extra 30 euros for the parking and 10 euros per person for breakfast that usually it’s always included everywhere.

Jag och min dotter var på besök och fick en underbar upplevelse. Vid ankomst fick vi en fantastisk bemötande. De var mycket vänliga och hjälsama. The hotel is amazing!! Nearly to city centre that you can go by walk..the man of reception is very friendly and help us a lot with some indication principal about to rent a scooter like make our stayed so easy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff lady so polite and kind. The housekeeping was polite,gentleman ,kind and left our room so clean and organised. I really indication this hotel because everything was amazing, good price and definitely we will be back one day.

The staff were amazing! There was a mix-up on our room the first night so they upgraded us! The view from our room was beautiful! When checking out the staff offered us a ride into Amalfi rather than taking a cab; absolutely wonderful experience all around!

It’s’ was 11:40pm, the bar attendant just got finished with a customer, I’m right behind, next in line. He tells me the bar is closed, with light equipment etc. still running. As he gets finished with the customer, he tells me now the bars is closed, only for water. Then he mentioned, the bar closes at 12:00, as he turns off all the equipment(bar lights) at 11:43. Early during check in, I was stop upon bringing a case of 6 pack water for a family of 5, over night. Just down right rude. Order 2 superior rooms, didn’t have second room ready. Lucky, we were able to talk to a trusted receptionist, in which she brought great customer support, ungraded only superior to a suite. I was looking into a great relaxation weekend. Turned out to be full with discomfort and stressed. The rooms smell like mildew, in which I had a respiratory attack during the night. I didn’t want to complain to much, base on I was just trying to have a relaxed family vacation weekend, but the situation kept getting worse. This was just a one night stay. If you stay here, bring basic necessities like water to the establishment is a problem. They literally would’ve turned me down over water. Luckily, had already paid.
