Affordable and Comfortable Hotel

My son competed in the NXR Regional XC race and we stayed at this hotel. IT was quiet, well kept and perfect for an overnight stay. No issues with anything in the room and when we needed more towels the staff was able to provide with no delays. If you are looking for a no thrills but comfortable hotel this is the place to stay.

Filthy!

This hotel needs turned into the BBB or something for filth. I don't even know were to start. Lobby had no AC and was 99 degrees. Breakfast was a loaf of bread and gallon of milk in fridge to share, gross! Room literally had pee in toilet when we got there, so bathroom was probably not cleaned. Unsure if towels were as were all stained & looked like my rags I use for cleaning. Sheets were stained and I hope clean, used own blankets. Carpet not vacuumed, crumbs everywhere. Microwave did not work, lucky the AC did. I would never stay here again!

Check I. Was easy. When we got into the room the TV was not working. Called front desk and the came right away and tried to fix it. We eventually were moved to another room. The staff was great!

Room was Grimmy , old and tired and Ian’s and staying towels carpet was in need of cleaning or replacement The off parking door for never locked for security at night but had card reader It’s really too bad because the hotel has the potential to be a nice place to stay in a small town. It would take to make it nice. Just some Care cleaning, and service

We actually did not stay as my son picked a different motel for their wedding party. I called and advised the Billmar Inn that I needed to cancel. I called AT LEAST 6 times as I KNEW the man I was talking to did NOT even look for my reservation to cancel. The first time I called was a MONTH before my reservation. This man is RUDE and the WORST excuse for a business man ever!! Of course he charged me for my two rooms and now REFUSES to refund me!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend that anyone stay at this hotel!!!
