The lobby feels fresh and luxurious, making a great first impression. The check-in desk is large and efficient, and the receptionist who assisted us was very nice and helpful. However, two other staff members were giggling throughout our check-in, which felt unprofessional—especially since there is plenty of space behind the desk for chatting and laughing away from guests.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, though the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking.
The buffet offering a great variety of dishes with excellent taste. It would be even better if empty dishes were topped up more frequently.
