The hotel is in good location and staff were professional, but the hotel itself needs updating and deep cleaning, I know some of the rooms already renovated and updated, but the ones that are not updated needs to some deep cleaning, like replacing the moldy caulk in the bathrooms.

Room size is suitable for a travelling family with children. However, amenities such as TV halfway being “disconnected” and hair dryer not working, as well as positioning of power sockets need to be reviewed and repositioned. Otherwise, staff were very professional and friendly.
Super specious , safe ,Quiet , Swimming pool and gym . Next to shopping centre . Great location . Best for family and solo travellers .
I’ll come back here for sure .

I would like to see a little more variety in breakfast. Bread is not good. Also, there are few power sockets available in the room, which is not modern. Other than that, it was good.

Paid full in advance through Hotel.com without breakfast, when checked in the front desk did not ask for the deposit and told us everything is paid. The next day we took 3 breakfast and another 3 on the following day, my husband called the front desk stated that we will settle the breakfast when we check out and the front desk said OK. However, the next day they sent me text, email, and constantly asking us to pay and even came to our room with credit card machine. We still had remaining 5 days to stay, which already prepaid in full and the cost of the 5 days is much much much bigger than the cost of the breakfast. There is no way we want to abundant the room since we prepaid in full. Poor management hotel system.. !
