Disappointed!!
We stayed 2 nights.
There were towels only for 1 night, for 2 people, when we arrived.
When we arrived at around 3PM, the office was closed as well as on our 2nd day, before and after our day away from our room there was no one in the office.
Called the # that was on the office door to ask about getting clean towels for our 2nd night.
Will called back and said that we needed to request the towels, as a pose to them leaving them in our room.
I told him when we left that morning no one was in the office.
He said, that I should have called the # on the office door, which I did not have, while we were gone.
How about this, knowing that we were staying 2 nights, that the room be supplied with the proper amount of towels. Especially since, no one was around before or after on our day away from our room and that they don't do housekeeping the 2nd day the customer is using the room!!
Also we did not have a replenishment of our coffee or cups.
It would have been a better customer service, if an offer was made to come and make the situation right!!
Needless to say that offer was not made.
