Average at best. The AC does in the middle of the night, but that can happen anywhere. Good value but if you’re looking for anything other than basic this isn’t your place.

Affordable Luxury

Excellent, clean and stylish apartment queen room. Provided a high leavel of comfort and affordable luxury on our whistle stop tour of Ottawa. Walking distance of the centre and Parliament.

Cave or Room?

Staff are fantastic, the place is clean as a whistle. I was in a room that had virtually no light coming in from the outside. The window stared out on a mural on the backside of the façade. The lighting in the room was either too dim to see anything or brighter than the sun. There was no in between. It felt like I was in a cave. I’m sure this place is probably a good place to stay, but I won’t be back. I would be embarrassed to rent a room like I was rented at the Sonder

First Sonder Stay

We enjoyed our first Sonder stay but wish the bath tub was cleaned better, there was a blanket provided for comfort while movie watching and an actual view - not obstructed by trees.

Very clean and comfortable

Hotel was super clean and comfortable. Nice bathtub and shower, and big window with a view of the museum of nature. I reallt enjoyed using the kitchen but i had to buy some staples like salt and oil. The coffee maker didnt work super well but everything else was in good condition. Also location was perfect.

The check in is smooth and convenient, because we are just following pre-set instructions to check in. The room was spacious and tidy, however when we ask for the sofa bed to be setup, all we get is an instruction from the chat to tell you “how to setup for yourself”, the sofa bed is really heavy and we eventually give up trying…... Also, the Air conditioning is really loud, and it somehow affects our sleeps.
