The hotel was very dirty nothing wasnt cleaned properly. The staff didn’t bring new towels once. Our room was supposed to have a beautiful view and it didn’t.

La pasé bien gracias!

El lugar tenía pocas personas por lo que el check in fue muy rápido. El problema es que las recepcionistas siempre anduvieron o fuera, o platicando, si se sentía que uno sobraba. La camarera en el restaurante sin embargo, siempre atenta y la comida sencilla pero rica. El cuarto era amplio, limpio y cómodo, aunque la base de la cama crujía. No pude probarla pero la alberca se veía muy bien. Cerca estaba un 7/eleven y un Oxxo. Hay estacionamiento y el aire acondicionado está fácil de usar.

La atención por parte de recepción fue muy mala, jamás atendieron a mis requerimientos. Hubo mucho ruido por la noche ya que habían adolescentes hospedados. Le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel y mucho más atención al restaurante. Bajo mucho la calidad del hotel; incluyendo las habitaciones. Los colchones pedimos.

RATEROS, TODO SE DEVUELVE!!

Les llamo por teléfono a las 15:30, cuatro veces y no me contestan, luego llamo a las 19 horas y me dicen que yo no tengo ninguna reservación, cuando ya había pagado 3 días. A las 23:30 consigo otro hotel y a las 18:00 del día siguiente me llaman diciéndome más o menos que por no presentarme, se quedaban con mi dinero. Si no les puedo llamar ladrones, que venga Dios y me lo diga.
