Great! Just don’t stay over the weekend

We stayed over the weekend and unfortunately that meant we heard very loud music coming from a bar or club until 6am on Friday and Saturday night. The hotel itself is really nice, the lobby is cool and the terrace a nice place to relax. They have water coolers on every floor to refill your bottle, and the staff were always friendly. The breakfast is on the 10th floor and has an amazing view! It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but still reasonable. The coffee and tea isn’t self service so you have to wait for an available staff member to refill which can sometimes feel like you’re being inconvenient for them, but it’s not the end of the world. The hotel was located perfectly for access to tour pickup spots and also just generally wandering around the area. There’s a park nearby and a big flea market about 20 minutes walk as well as the wrestling arena.

Highly recommended for first time in CDMX

Great location in Reforma. The plaza behind the hotel was great for walking, shopping, eating, etc. the hotel is beautiful. It’s very convenient to have the cafe in the lobby the rooftop bar and the restaurant with amazing views of the city. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It’s also an easy location for pick up and drop offs with Uber/Taxi. One minus: (I called for an iron and they were so friendly BUT the iron never came lol)

Everything was ok besides that they don’t take complains seriously about people disturbing at night. Was there for 4 nights and the last one was terrible, there were few rooms occupied by people doing a lot of noise almost all night and even though we call a couple of times to reception to make a complaint they didn’t got the situation under control and the next day I went to the front desk to let them know about the situation again they just told me that they going to check.

Great hotel.

From the beginning of my stay to till the very end of my stay all the staff there was really friendly knowledgeable and most off all made me, my fiance and friends feel safe. The hotel is very clean and offer cleaning service every morning. Every time I needed something they were so attentive to satisfying my needs. The rooftop bar staff always greeted us and made sure we were taken care of and made amazing drinks. The security and taxi service was also great and trust worthy always giving us a lot of information and history on the city. I would definitely stay here again. Also food from the restaurant was really good as well.

O hotel está no centro da cidade e ao lado da estação de metrô. Conseguimos fazer praticamente todos os passeios utilizando o metrô ou a pé. A equipe de atendimento é ótima. Todos disponíveis para ajudar e orientar. O atendimento da Anabel no restaurante é diferenciado!

No tiene estacionamiento propio. Tienen convenio con un establecimiento público. Tardan muchísimo en traer tu auto, ya que no puedes llevarlo tú. La atención fue de 10, sin embargo si llevas prisa sal con tiempo porque tardará mucho en traer tu auto. La calle donde se encuentra huele muy feo a drenaje y llega hasta los cuartos , por eso el hotel tiene mucho perfume e incienso para disfrazar el olor q llega de la calle .
