we had a great stay. the U is right there near EVERYthing and we were around the block from the venue where the wedding we were in town for was at. the place is small as to be expected for any NYC Manhattan hotel room. The room was clean and my spouse LOVED the blowdryer that was in the unit. the rooms are indeed tight and the streets are indeed noisy but we were able to get great sleep as we spent the week exploring everything a new tourist to town should explore. the front desk always had water for us as we returned back to our place and was able to provide us for towels/sheets/pillows upon request. I'd say some of the reviews of this place are extremely unfair. it was exactly what we needed it to be for our stay. we'd book again if we can time the pricing right but next time we may be staying over the bridge closer to friends.
