I loved this stay! If we didn't live in a different state, it would be a lot of fun to stay in different themed rooms here and there. We booked the Venice room which was a lot of fun! The shower was great and the room was beautifully decorated. There was music playing when we entered the room. The breakfast the following morning was delicious. I highly recommend the experience of this inn!

Over all our stay was good. The outside of the hotel looked rundown and in places had graffiti on it. The parking garage was not very well lit in the evening. Our room was nice, a little out dated, and the sink had a hard time draining, also the bathtub dripped the entire time we were there. Staff was friendly, and breakfast delivered to your room was nice.

It’s an experience

It was really neat. Although there wasn’t a couch or dresser so your stuff was kinda all over and the safari room- the stairs are slippery. I slipped down about 6 steps and landed on my elbow: it could have used a better blow dryer and lighting

The check-in process was easy, though we were confused and not made aware of the $35 fee if you try to check in before 5, especially since they had asked us what time we were wanting to check in. The man at the desk waived this fee for us, though, and also gave us the military discount after showing our ID. We stayed in the Phantom of the Opera room. The tub was a little dirty, so I had to clean it before use. There were only 2 temps for the water - HOT or COLD. We didn't know this included breakfast, which slightly threw off our plans for brunch the next day, but we loved the breakfast. The room was smaller than expected, but it didn't matter. The chandelier above the TV had 2 burned out bulbs. The bed was really comfy, and the room was beautiful overall. There is a parking garage that locks at night to keep your car safe, which we appreciated. There was a broken glass jar in the parking garage, and we told the front desk about this. The hotel was quiet overall, and we were able to relax.

NO HOT WATER

Imagine spending $300 on a room only to find out after you check in (not warned before check in) that the hotel does not have functioning hot water. Have a nice ice bath in their jetted tubs. had to book a new last minute hotel, still chasing a refund from this property.
