At check in she is very friendly and helpful. She always says hello. It is close to the highway. No maid service and no ice machine.No hot water warm at best you had to run the water for awhile.

Would have gotten almost all 5 stars if they had taken the time to plow or shovel the parking lot as people left. Had to walk through 4 - 6 inches of snow to get in and out of the car with my stuff. That's hard for a 67 year old woman with arthritis. Staff was especially helpful once inside. Very pleasant which is why I chose to stay there on my return trip home. Will stay there again.

The microwave was dirty, the clock wouldn’t set, breakfast is waffles, toast, yogurt, coffee and juice. Pretty nice hotel beside the points I just made. Little noisy from cars, can hear some people. The staff is really nice. Nice beds. AC works.

We walked into the lobby smelling of weed Walked down the nonsmoking hall all you smelled was smoke and weed Got to our room it was scraped up Walked into a room smelling of weed and cleaner. The photos advertised are NOT the actual photos of the room. Super gross. Glad I put the latch on the door because someone came a knocking. Peephole had tissue stuffed in it. People in parking lot were noisy. The bathroom was definitely worse. Place should be destroyed and rebuilt.

Overall it was good. Only thing I didn't like was we were charged 100 dollars then after room inspection we were to be reimbursed. I would not have gotten the room if I would have known

The staff were friendly and informative. The breakfast was okay although they were out of plates one day and out of milk and bagels on other days. The bed was uncomfortable and it took a while to get the refrigerator working. we had to put something under the toilet to keep it from rocking and making a clatter. The first night was incredibly noisy (maybe construction workers) but the other nights were quiet. The location was good for us as we had things planned in Maryland, WV, and PA. Restaurants, gas stations and shopping were also nearby. It should be noted that at no time during our stay was the room serviced. I’m sure we could have gone to the desk for more towels if needed. They appeared to be pet friendly although we had no pets with us. There was a container of dog biscuits available for their canine guests.
