Fantastic Hotel

Brilliant hotel right next to a main train station on the outskirts of the Jewish quarter. Lovely swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Clean amenities, friendly staff and glass bottles provided to fill with mineral water from a machine in the corridor.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, fitness room, sauna, pool and bubble bath, the hotel has a very nice view over the river and it’s located only 2 km from the main market, and with the tram station right outside the hotel entrance, it’s perfect, When you are in krakow you must take the guided tour at the salt mines , you will get mighty inspired 🙂👍

Faultless as per usual

Travelled with my dad, 2nd visit to the krakow and the Qubus hotel. No complaints whatsoever, cleaners were thorough, staff were attentive. Overall 100% recommend. The location of the hotel is a 20 min walk from the old town but there is a tram that runs frequently close by. Gym is small but caters for all your needs. Swimming pool has a lovely view of the river and city. Bar serves till late. Will be re booking next year!

I think the overall hotel was good but I’ve been in better 4* hotels. I was a bit disappointed that I put up the cleaning sign but only new towels were given. I have never been to a hotel where they don’t clean the room for 3 days. Breakfast was good but it was a little annoying trying to work out what everything was because there were no signs.

I wouldn't book this hotel Via Ebookers, because their system didn't recognize my reservation for 2 but instead when I arrived they said it was just for one but they could fix it for two if I paid~40euros. Because my phone internet was not functioning, I had to pay to get the room. Later when I could show them my reservation, they returned the money. However, the hotel was very nice, very clean and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Beds were comfortable (not too soft or too hard) and the small inside pool on the roof floor was very nice with beautiful view over the river.
