Poorly maintained and tired in large parts. Super location, but just not good enough in every other regard. Needs investment. Manager refunded us without quibble. He'd heard it all before. Sad really.

Hotel otimo para um final de semana em familia!

Great service at reception, especially Nicolas and Amanda. Very good stay, facilities in good condition, excellent breakfast, top quality restaurant, perfect pool. The only thing missing was some sports/nautical recreation and the addition of Pao de Queijo for breakfast.

The location is beautiful but the ac didn’t work and the reception didn’t care. It was super hot so could not sleep. The breakfast was not good.

There was no staff around to assist or help. there was no food/beverage service or towels at the pool- which is what attracted us to this hotel. the breakfast was only fair. in order to make a reservation in advance, you had to book for an entire week and we only stayed 3 nights. the best attribute for us is the location of the Hotel but i would not recommend this Hotel and i wish i could get some reimbursement for the days we were not there!

I arrived at the property by taxi and was dropped at the front wooden barrier gate. Once you get the reception to open the sliding barrier you are confronted by an open parkway with no signs or directions to the reception. After a couple of hundred metres you are confronted with several diverse walkways again with no signs. I asked a staff member working on the grounds and he directed me (incorrectly) via the underground carpark. Not a good start in the Nice heat after an international flight.

Långa avstånd från rum till huvudbyggnad med frukost och pool. AC var även trasig första natten och vi kunde inte få hjälp förrän dagen därpå. Annars ett helt ok ställe.

Tämän hotellin sijainti ihanalla paikalla, maisemat ja upea allasosasto peittoaa kaikki pienet miinukset. Ympäristö on valtavan kaunis ja hotellialue on maisemoitu kauniisti.

Merveilleux emplacement !

Situation exceptionnelle au dessus de la mer, la grande piscine circulaire et les terrasses dominent la baie des fourmis et offrent de très jolies vues. Cet emplacement mériterait un établissement de meilleur qualité. La qualité et la diversité des buffets du dîner et du petit déjeuner, est très moyenne. Le buffet est mal rempli quand vide ou presque. La cuisson des poissons n'est pas bonne, trop cuite ! Le barman ne daigne pas se déplacer pour amener une commnade d'apéritif sur la terrasse, il n'a pas de cacahuètes ou autres et dit qu'il en aura peut-être demain ! Nos verres et ceux de autres tables étaient toujours sur les tables en fin d'après midi ! Les chambres sont de bonne taille (la 103 pour 3 d'environ 30M2) avec une belle terrasse mais la salle de douche est indigne avec une douche en quart de cercle très petite ! La baie vitrée ne suffit pas à amener suffisament de clarté dans la chambre. Beau jardin bien entretenu et belle promenade qui va jusqu'à Saint Jean et Beaulieu, accessible par quelques marches depuis l'hôtel. Parking couvert sur place, mais à 14€ par jour ! Serviettes pour la piuscine payantes à 4€ pièce L'emplacement mérite 10 mais l'hôtel 6, d'ou ma note de 8 moyenne des deux !

emplacement féerique, domaine immense!

site féerique, magnifiquement préservé depuis 32 ans que nous y allons. Son emplacement permet de se promener le long de l'eau, d'aller a st jean, Villefranche a pied, avec des animations quotidiennes (sports tous les matins !). Seuls bemols : il faudrait que les plats du petit dej soient conservés au chaud, et que le ménage soit fait aussi sous le lit...

Ottima struttura nel verde con molte offerte ricreative: piscina, mare a pochi passi, campi Volley, bocce, Ping pong. Musica e bar la sera è ottima colazione Uniche note negative…wifi poco efficiente e babinetto chiuso in uno stanzino a parte rispetto al bagno ovviamente senza bidet( ma questa osservazione è perché siamo italiani e ovviamente per noi il bidet è essenziale)

Familie på 4. 3 nætter på dette sted.

Vejen dertil er ikke ligetil, gaderne er smalle og opad + snigende. Hvad var godt: -Smukt udsigt. Så flot langs stranden, man kan gå ret langt da der er en sti hele vejen. -Poolen var dejligt, det er tydeligt at det er prioriteres. Man kunne måske overveje at åbningstiden kunne være længere f.eks 7-21. Haven i selve området er dejligt og flot. -Morgenmad var fint. Det er et fint sted, man kan dog se at det trænger til kærlig hånd. Da vi kom ind på hotel værelset, lugtede det af kloak. Brusehovedet var ikke helt intakt. Den lille "skylle" virkede ikke i toilettet. Forbedring: - Man kan ikke checke ind før kl 17. Dog skal man checke ud kl 10. Måske ændre det til tidligere? Kl 14? Evt få gæsterne til at melde ca ankomst. - Når vi vælger hotel er WiFi en af prioriteringer. Trods at der står hotellet har WiFi, så har det ikke været tilgængelige. De har ikke engang kompetenseret for det. -Når prisen er i denne niveau, bør parkeringen være inkluderet - eller ihvertfald billigere. Og der bør være nye vand til rådighed dagligt. -Elkedel med kaffe/ te vil også være rart samt et køleskab. -Badehåndklæde bør også være inkl. God oplevelse: Fik bestilt for meget mad, da vi ikke anede om til hvor mange personer det er beregnet til. Endte med at vi måtte tilbyde de andre gæster om de kunne tænke sig den ene plate. Tjeneren (Christof) var så sød-han beklagede at han ikke fik sagt at en plate var der rigeligt til 2. Han kompenserede det med en drinks 😊. Det var en ok ophold.

We had a great time at this hotel - the kids loved the pool. Communal areas kept clean but quite basic. The buildings themselves are tired and outdated but our room had been recently refurbed so no complaints there. The breakfast was underwhelming and in a room with no air conditioning. The gym and spa were virtually nonexistent. The location was second to none and perfect for walking to nearby beaches, harbours, restaurants and the train station. Stunning views in all directions. Overall a great budget option for one of the most beautiful places we’ve been as a family.

Hele resortet mangler virkelig en opgradering f.eks. er fitness rummet ikke eksisterende og der er mange ting som halter Men det ligger fantastisk
