Great place to stay

The hotel is by far one of the best hotels we stayed in we have stayed 2 times in last two weeks and both rooms didn’t disappoint we didn’t utilize the breakfast or pool as we were gone before breakfast and always got in after pool closed but room was great. Was a little disappointed this round to see the guy who checked us in this last time charged my credit card two different charges and shouldn’t of charged it at all as I pd ahead so that kinda made me mad as I am now waiting on a refund of 80 but great place to stay rooms with jet tub excellent choice and will stay again but will double check before leaving that I wasn’t charged when I shouldn’t of been sad part wasn’t even fee for the room he just added a 50 charge and a 30.18

Okay, but wouldn’t return

Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, would be nice if the hot food was labeled for ingredients and offer alternative to pork. The shower had black mold. This is the first time ever in my life where the window had non-functional black out blinds. We couldn’t close the window so bright halogen lights shined through all night.

Room #207 Review

GPS Directions to the location were awful, had to call front desk for manual directions and the man there couldn't speak very good English and had NO IDEA on how to get me there, had to talk to a very pleasant female that was able to get us there quickly. Jacuzzi was filthy dirty and has scum rings in the bottom. Bed was like sleeping in a camper (hard). Picture above bed, wall and ceiling above bed had red sticky stains from a previous celebration that was never cleaned up. Noisy neighbors above us, sounded like elephants stomping around until 11:00 pm and then started back up at 8 am. Had to go to the lower floor for ice. Only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in bathroom and no refills in room. Room key card would not work on outside doors, had to re-enter in main front doors. Very small lounge. You've been warned, your choice now. Us? Never again!

Would definitely stay again.

There was a maintenance issue with the room on arrival management and maintenance had the issue resolved in about an hour. Which was fine with us. It gave us time to grab a bite to eat and the room was ready when we returned. Would recommend to others.

Very happy!

It was wonderful, no complaints. Maybe a suggestion....a bath mat or some kind of cushioning in the jacuzzi. We are already making plans to come back in the near future.

Will stay again

Very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The price of the room was extremely affordable. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast that was offered.My only complaints would be there was only one cart to haul luggage, and I think the bathrooms could have been cleaned a little bit better. I could see soap scum on the shower walls and the caulking looked like it had mildew. Otherwise everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.

We were in town for a swim meet and needed a comfortable place to sleep. Our stay was great. The staff was helpful and kind. Terry opened up breakfast early for us and another young man whose name I didn't catch (dark hair and mustache) was also quick to help us. They went above and beyond and we are grateful!

Toledo Stopover

Room was comfortable and clean. Sofa sleeper was a bit worn, but other furnishings were nice. Nice breakfast included. Very good value for a one night stopover. Easy access to Ohio Turnpike.
