Car damage and unacceptable behavior

Terrible experience. I left my car in the Hotel Valet Parking that they had only to figure out until the next morning that they had crashed my rental car. Needed to call the insurances, lost all my vacations day and without any notification until the next day. That is totally unacceptable. I submitted a formal letter/email to the hotel and until today I havent received any direct answer from the Hotel Managament - only from the bell boys. That is not acceptable for any hotel carrying the Hilton brand.

The air conditioner was not working, even i reported it. Safe was useless cause it was locked. There was not fridge or minibar in the room, as the room was described. At the end they said nothing to my complaint.
