I just want to say I had a very lovely time; the staff and the place were excellent, very polite and very respectful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home. The ambiance was inviting, with tasteful decor that added to the overall experience. Staff was very friendly. Our check in was very easy and they let us check in earlier than check in time. It’s a very small quiet Hotel. The only thing that it did not have was a blow dryer and iron and ironing board. Also they do offer free breakfast but we were offered the same breakfast 2 days in a row. So we went elsewhere for breakfast out second day stay. But otherwise everything else checked out great.

The property and the room were very nice. The rooftop was incredible with breath taking views. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location, walkable to downtown and across the street from the hotel there was a public bus stop. Suggestions: the room was lacking a full sized body mirror. The bathroom was nice and big but was lacking storage. I would definitely stay there again

Es una propiedad muy pequeña, con un diseño que pretende ser de lujo pero de mal gusto, una distribución de la habitación muy rara, el colchón rechinaba, la calle con mucho tráfico durante el dia, no tiene estacionamiento, muy caro para lo que es. Lo único destacable la amabilidad de todo su personal, felicidades por ello.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to El Mirador! The hotel is very clean! Our room was amazingly beautiful! Very cozy!! I love the rooftop too! Plus the free breakfast! The staff— KARLA— is amazing!! She is very helpful! I don’t know how to speak spanish and when i had to change our bus schedule she didn’t hesitate to help me! She is very friendly too! Thank you so much for your help Karla!! I will surely stay to this hotel again.

This hotel is amazing!! The property is beautiful! My room was cozy , big and has a great spa like bathroom. The bathrobes are a plus. Jesus at the front fest was nice, courteous and helpful. Our rooftop breakfast was delicious and the cooks were willing to satisfy our hunger with their excellent cooking skills. I will definitely come back to this hidden gem.
