Thouroughly enjyed my stay here. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the staff putting out the breakfact toe the front desk were super friendly and attentive to any of my needs. Perfect walking distance to the casino and concert. Close to see the falls from the upper hill. The check in was easy and fast, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They took great care to keep the sidewalks and parking lot salted as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This was my third stay at this hotel and I'll definitely stay there again.

Great service from the staff. The first room we had smelled of smoke but we were quickly moved to a new room. The rooms are nice and comfortable. My kids loved the pool which was really nice and warm. The location is fantastic and just above the falls incline lift which is an absolute must! The only thing that could be better is the breakfast service. It was insanely busy with no organisation on where to sit and people taking your table. Everything else was lovely!
